We hope you love your new jewellery! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💍 Returns

We gladly accept returns on unworn jewellery within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original packaging
• Unworn and unused (for hygiene reasons)

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on earrings or personalised items due to hygiene and customisation.

 with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💫 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

🧡 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
